Vic-Gauge 2D - Revision 356

This is a feature enhancement / bug fix of Vic-Gauge 2D.

• Improved robustness across all cameras.
• You may now select "Multiple..." for the Analog Output controls to average multiple gauges (of the same type).
• Corrected Analog Data view bug.
• GigE camera class now harmonized with Vic-Snap camera class.
