Vic-Snap x86 - Revision 366

Revision 366 of Vic-Snap x86 is now available on our FTP site. This is the Vic-Snap version for use with FLIR and/or Kirana cameras and this release affects the 32 bit version only.

FLIR features and bug fixes.
Image numbering is now correct for FLIR images.
Users can now select from available Cases (temperature ranges).
