This is the initial release of Vic-Snap 9.

• Most controls are now dockable toolbars.
• New calibration algorithm.
• Multiple DAQ devices at once are supported.
• Thermocouples supported; mixed thermocouple and voltage devices are supported.
• Basler Ace USB3 cameras are supported.
• New brightness and focus overlays.
• Some cameras support record-on-motion.
• Added function to open image folder (File... Open containing folder).
• Windows 10 UI and support for high-DPI displays.
