A greatly enhanced initial guess editor has been added:
- Display of reference and deformed subset in top-right corner for visual inspection
of initial guess quality. - New parameterization of initial guess parameters for more intuitive addition. The
parameters are no longer entered as a matrix, but decomposed into a rotation, normal
strains and shear strains. - Automatic guess finding. Once the approximate location of a guess candidate has been
found by the user, clicking the "Try" button will automatically search for an initial
guess in a 20x20x20 voxel neighborhood. - Note that for large subsets some of the background tasks (e.g., update of deformed
subset images) can take several seconds to execute. Every effort has been made to
keep the user interface as responsive as possible.
- Valid initial guesses could previously fail under certain circumstances.
- A cache corruption issue has been fixed (v1.0.4) that could lead to failed correlation
when multiple deformed volumes were present.
