Vic-Gauge 3D - revision 325

This is a feature enhancement / bug fix of Vic-Gauge 3D.

You may now crop the image after calibrating, and the calibration will be adjusted internally.
Any gauges which are outside of the cropped area will be stored until the image is uncropped.
You must re-reference the image after cropping is complete before you can start the correlation.
The general sequence will be to calibrate at full resolution; crop and place gauges; and then run.
