Vic-Snap 9 (x64) - Revision 985

This is a minor feature update.

Vic-Snap x86 will be deprecated except for 32-bit-only API's (currently HPV and Kirana cameras).
- NI 9212 is now supported for temperature measurement.
- Up to 16 systems now allowed.
- Users will see a warning when a Basler Ace camera is connected as USB 2.0.
- Frame rate indicator shows yellow when the desired rate is not being achieved.
- Unsupported/unknown DAQ devices are handled better.
