Revision 1321 of Vic-2D 6 is now available. This is a feature and performance update.

• Completely new and harmonized help system and documentation.
• Cached file saving and loading for increased performance, especially across a network.
• Parallel processing improvements for significant performance increase on many-core processors.
• Feature set now more closely matches the Vic-3D 8 feature set.
