Vic-2D 6 - Revision 1321

Revision 1321 of Vic-2D 6 is now available. This is a feature and performance update.

Completely new and harmonized help system and documentation.
Cached file saving and loading for increased performance, especially across a network.
Parallel processing improvements for significant performance increase on many-core processors.
Feature set now more closely matches the Vic-3D 8 feature set.

This release is digitally signed and is available in a 64-bit version only.
